The report shows that the total energy consumption of China Aluminum Corporation in 2016 was 20.19 million tons of standard coal, a year-on-year decrease of 4.76%; Carbon dioxide emissions decreased by 8.47% year-on-year; The emissions of nitrogen oxides decreased by 15.63% year-on-year. The energy consumption per 10000 yuan of current output value decreased by 0.76% year-on-year. The company saved over one million tons of standard coal for three consecutive years from 2013 to 2015, and completed the fourth term assessment of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" energy conservation and emission reduction targets ahead of schedule.
